Pull and wrap 45 cm of yarn in the middle of the finger, tighten tightly, leaving about 10 cm. Slide the wire between the teeth, bend the wire around the tooth and with a back and forth motion, gently clean the inter-dental surface. Repeat this procedure using a clean section of dental floss between each interdental space.
