- Step 1: Organic dandelion root extract (Taraxacum officinale), Organic apple juice concentrate (Malus domestica), Organic elderberry juice concentrate (Sambucus nigra), Organic black radish juice concentrate (Raphanus sativus var. Niger) , Concentrated organic lemon juice (Citrus limon).

Directions:

Instructions:Shake the phial before opening. Tap each end of the phial with your index finger to weaken them. Using a paper towel, snap the first end out of the glass to prevent falling debris. Turn the phial over and place the first end on top of the glass. Break the second end, out of the glass, with a paper towel. Let the liquid run out. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125ml). Reserved for adults. Take 1 ampoule during the day, in the morning at breakfast time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Avoid taking at the end of the day. The phials of step 3 contain caffeine (around 5 mg per a phial), not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are on anticoagulant therapy or treatment for diabetes, seek the advice of your doctor. The concomitant use of other stimulants is not advised. Not recommended for people with a history of allergies to bee products. A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
