Bulking agents (Microcrystalline cellulose, Calcium citrate), Marine magnesium (Magnesium oxide), Coating agents (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Anti-caking agent (Magnesium salts of fatty acids), Vitamin B6 (Pyrixodine hydrochloride).
Directions:
Take 1 tablet per day with a large glass of water (200 ml), preferably in the morning during the meal. A 2 month program is recommended. To renew if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Magnesium may cause laxative effects. This food supplement is not a medicine. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are advised to seek advice from a healthcare professional before any supplementation. Not recommended for children under 12 without medical advice.
