Created to maximise taste and digestive comfort, HYDRACM has a neutral pH and contains 95% carbohydrates, mostly complex sugars (maltodextrin), very quickly assimilated. This preparation has a neutral sweet taste, slightly flavoured with orange to limit the feelings of disgust in long-term sport activities. Made in France.

Maltodextrin, Glucose Syrup, Orange Natural Flavour, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrate (E331), Thickening Agent: Sodium Alginate (E401), Colouring: Beta-Carotene (E160a), Acidifier: Citric Acide (E330), Anti-cacking Agent: Magnesium Carbonate (E504), Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Vitamin E (Acétate de DL-Alpha-Tocophéryle), Vitamin B1 (Thiamin Hydrochloride).
Directions:
One sachet, ie 60g of powder, to be diluted in 750ml of water, mix well the powder and the water in the shaker. If the outside temperature is high, reduce the concentration of the drink by diluting one sachet in one liter of water. It is advisable to drink small sips regularly from the beginning of the muscle effort without waiting for the sensation of thirst, as well as during the hour following the effort to improve recovery. For regular sports, it is important to have a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place.
