Shipping policy

SHIPPING

To serve our customers best, we hold QUICK SHIP inventory for over 3,000 of our top-selling products, delivered in 2–4 days (same-day shipping available for orders placed by 2 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday).

We also hold STANDARD ITEM stock for over 22,000 products, delivered in 10–14 days.

Delivery times:

  • QUICK SHIP: 2–4 days

  • STANDARD ITEM: 10–14 days

All orders ship via the US Postal Service from our warehouse in Kentucky. Larger orders may ship via UPS or FedEx.

All orders include a USPS tracking number, which can be tracked at www.usps.com.


PLEASE NOTE

  • Tracking for STANDARD ITEM orders will not become active until the shipment has entered the USPS network.

  • Products ship twice weekly in bulk from our French warehouse.

  • Once cleared through both US Customs and the FDA, the individual packages are entered into the USPS system and tracking becomes active.

  • It is normal for tracking to remain inactive for the first 6–11 days.

  • If there are delays in clearing Customs or the FDA, we will notify you immediately and give you the option to cancel.

If a QUICK SHIP item is unavailable, we will notify you and ship it as a STANDARD ITEM (10–14 days) unless you choose to cancel.


SHIPPING COSTS

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95 for all orders under $50

  • Free Shipping: For all orders over $50


MIXED ORDERS
If your order includes both QUICK SHIP and STANDARD ITEM products:

  • QUICK SHIP items will be sent immediately (2–4 days).

  • STANDARD ITEM products will follow as soon as possible (10–14 days).

  • You will only pay one shipping rate.


ORDER PROCESSING & HOURS
We process and ship orders on business days.

  • Orders placed by 2 PM Eastern ship the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day.

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


ORDER TRACKING

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  • Tracking will also be available in your online account.

  • If your order includes both QUICK SHIP and STANDARD ITEM products, you will receive separate tracking numbers.

  • If you do not receive tracking information, please email contact@pharmarcie.com and we will provide it.
