Directions:
Adults:Background program: 1 tablet daily with a glass of water. Moderate program: 1 to 2 tablets per day in one or two intakes. High intensity program: 2 to 4 tablets per day in single or many intakes. Children from 6 years old: 1 to 2 tablets a day in one or two intakes.
