For non-rodent control professionals. Intended for indoor and outdoor treatment around buildings. Against rats indoors and outdoors: 100g of bait per bait station spaced 5 to 10 meters apart. Against mice only indoors: 30 to 40g of bait per bait station spaced 1 to 2 meters apart. Place bait stations in locations that are not at risk of flooding. Replace any bait in a station that has been tampered with by water or contaminated with dirt. Bait stations should be inspected every 2 to 3 days (for treatment against mice) or 5 to 7 days (for treatment against rats) after initiation of treatment, then at least once a week by the continuation, in order to verify if the bait is accepted and if the bait stations are intact and to remove the corpses of the rodents. Recharge the bait station if necessary. Read and follow the product information and all information that accompanies the product or that provided at the point of sale before using it. Before using rodenticides, consider the possibility of using non-chemical control methods (eg traps). Remove any food that is easily accessible to rodents (for example, scattered grain or food waste). Also, do not clean the infested area just before treatment as this disturbs the rodent population and makes acceptance of the bait more difficult. Bait stations should be placed in the immediate vicinity of where rodent activity has been observed (eg range, nesting sites, feedlots, holes, burrows, etc. ). Bait stations should, if possible, be secured to the ground or other structures. Do not open sachets containing the bait. Keep bait stations out of the reach of children, birds, pets, livestock and other non-target animals. Locate bait stations away from food and drink, including animal feed, and from utensils or surfaces that come in contact with them. Do not locate bait stations near drainage systems where they could come into contact with water. Do not eat, drink or smoke while using the product. Wash hands and any directly exposed skin area after using the product. Remove any remaining bait or bait stations at the end of the treatment period. Specific measures and risk management:Consider adopting preventive control measures (filling in gaps, removing as much as possible of any food and drink, etc. to improve product ingestion and reduce the risk of re-infestation.
