When you walk, your feet are sometimes subjected to to frequent pain caused by heel spurs, or by sensitivity of your heel. This heel spur is equipped with a round removable part, that must be removed only in case of calcaneal spurs but left on in case of sensitive heels. It allows to absorbs shocks caused by walking and improves comfort in shoes. This could be washed in machine at 40°c. Do not apply to open wounds.
