Place the separator vertically between the 1st of the 2nd toe. Remove the separator overnight. Do not apply to an open wound. In case of diabetes, seek advice from a doctor or pharmacist. If necessary, clean the separator with soap and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry.
