Directions:
Before a physical effort: To prevent overheating, apply a first layer on the areas of friction (feet, groin, crotch, armpit, nipples, shoulders . . . ) and make it penetrate. then apply a second layer without allowing it to penetrate for a second skin effect. In preparation for a test: 4 weeks before, apply daily to the entire foot to strengthen the epidermis and restore elasticity and resistance to your skin. External use only. Avoid all contact with the eyes.
