Directions:
Shake well before use 2 sprays in the mouth, under the tongue for quick action. Do not exceed 2 sprays per 24h. In case of awakening at night: to be taken during the night upon waking. In case of sleep problems: to take the evening 30 minutes before bedtime. In case of lag time: to take before bedtime and the first day of the trip and the few days after the day of arrival at destination. Use within 3 months after first use. Precautions: Melatonin may take effect up to 4 or 5 hours after taking. As a precaution, it is not recommended to drive during this period of time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Can not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from light and heat. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
