Directions for use
Take 1 capsule per day, during the evening meal with a large glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not consume an amount greater than or equal to 3 mg of monacolins per day.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children under 18, or in people over 70.
Do not use if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice or if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication.
Seek the advice of a doctor on the consumption of this product in case of health problems.
