Directions for use
Take 1 capsule per day, during the evening meal with a large glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not take more than 3 mg of monacolines per day.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in children under 18 years of age, or in people over 70 years of age.
Do not use if you are already taking other products containing red yeast rice or if you are taking cholesterol-lowering drugs.
