Bulking Agent: Cellulose. Extract of Aerial Part of Eschscholtzia (Eschscholtzia Californica), Extract of Underground Organ of Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis), Extract of Aerial Part of Passionflower (Passiflora Incarnata). Anti-Caking Agents: Stearic Acid, Talc, Magnesium Stearate and Cross-linked Cellulose Gum. Maltodextrin, Spirulina Coloring Concentrate, Rice Starch, Melatonin, Vitamin B6. Film Coating: Coating Agents: Hydroxymethylcellulose, Stearic Acid, Cellulose, Ethylcellulose and Carnauba Wax.
Directions:
1 tablet a day, 1 hour before sleeping with a large glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Does not substitute to a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Seek medical advice in case of antidepressant treatment, on sleeping pills or other sedatives.
