Directions for use
From the age of 15.
Take 1 capsule morning and evening with a large glass of water, for a period of 1 month, to renew if necessary.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.In case of anticoagulant treatment, ask a doctor for advice.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or in case of antidepressant treatment.
A dietary supplement should not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
