vitamins B2, B3, B6, B9, B12, C and iron help reduce feelings of fatigue and combat loss of energy,
vitamins A, B6, C and D, as well as selenium and iron, contribute to a healthy immune system,
vitamins C and E, manganese, zinc and selenium help combat oxidative stress,
iron helps cognitive function (memory and concentration),

Directions for use
Adults and teenagers aged 15 and over.
Take 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning, with a full glass of water. The recommended duration of use is one to two months, renewable if necessary.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
