Directions:
From 6 years old. Children 6 to 12 years old: Take 1 day per day. Children 13 to 18 years old: Take 2 capsules per day. Adults: Take 2 capsules with the evening meal and 2 capsules at bedtime. Swallow the capsule with a full glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
