It delivers the optimal dose of melatonin in rapid release (1 mg) and prolonged release (0. 9 mg) for a full night, from falling asleep until waking up. It contains a high concentration of plants known for their properties on sleep. Passion flower and valerian, in rapid release, help relaxation and eschscholtzia, in prolonged release, helps reduce nocturnal awakenings. Without drowsiness or addiction. Free from titanium dioxide, lactose and gluten.

Bulking agent: Cellulose; Extract of aerial part of eschscholtzia (Eschscholtzia californica); Valerian underground organ extract (Valeriana officinalis); Anti-caking agents: Stearic acid, Talc, Magnesium stearate and Crosslinked cellulose gum; Extract of aerial part of passionflower (Passiflora incarnata); Maltodextrin; Spirulina coloring concentrate; Rice starch; Melatonin; Vitamin B6. Film coating: Coating agents: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Hydroxypropylcellulose, Stearic acid, Cellulose, Ethylcellulose and Carnauba wax.
Directions:
Only for adults. Take 1 tablet per day 1 hour before bedtime, to be swallowed with a large glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This effect is obtained from the consumption of 1 mg before bedtime. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you are under medical treatment (antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives), ask your doctor for advice before taking this food supplement. A food supplement for sleep should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children.
