Directions:
From the age of 15, only 1 tablet per day, to be swallowed with a large glass of water during breakfast preferably for 3 months to be in phase with the length of the hair cycle. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking diabetes medication at the same time. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children. A dietary supplement should not be a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
