Directions:
Take 2 capsules a day, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening for meals, with a large glass of water. Use of the product for at least 4 weeks is recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for women with a personal or family history of breast cancer. Not recommended in people on anticoagulants. Soy can decrease the intestinal absorption of thyroid hormone treatments. A dietary supplement should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
