How to use Bloxrhum nasal spray
- Remove the protective cap.
- Place your thumb below the bottle, your forefinger and your middle finger on the fins and press and then release.
- Repeat this procedure until the first spray is removed.
- Lightly tilt your head forward and, after slowly exhaling, administer the product to the nostril.
- Inspire, by plugging the opposite nostril by pressing on the side of your nose with one finger in the other hand.
- Instille 2 sprays into each nostril twice a day.
