PRESENTATION

Ceruspray Ear hygiene to prevent earplugs

The Ceruspray is a solution for ear spraying. This spray fluidifies the wax, facilitating its expulsion. It is indicated for persons with risk of formation of cerumen stoppers.

Cerumen is naturally produced by glands in the outer part of the ear canal. He is naturally expelled from the conduit. He has several important roles in the ear: he is anti-bacterial, he lubricates the auditory duct and he cleans it, taking with it dead skin and dust.

Wearing hearing aids or anti-noise earplugs is caused by the natural expulsion of ear whales. When respent, it builds up and can form a ear wax stopper that can cause complications (infections, dizziness, hearing loss, etc.). To be removed, it will require a doctor’s procedure (never try to remove a ear wax cap yourself).
Similarly, working in a dusty environment will encourage the body to produce more earwax, sometimes with the formation of ear wax stoppers.

How does the Ceruspray ENT solution work?

The use of a cotton ball is not recommended: it will have the effect of pushing the earwax inwards towards the duct rather than taking it outwards. In so doing, it will worsen the situation.
Therefore, it is better to use a suitable spray. Ceruspray is a non-aggressive washing solution that will help to remove earwax, preventing the formation of stoppers. It helps to soften the accumulated earwax and to facilitate its flow through the ear canal and its evacuation. Its neutral and soft formula does not irritate the inner wall of the ear and even contributes to its hydration.

In the case of a stopper, the Bausch and Lomb laboratory recommends the use of Cérulyse.
