C Zen Night Chronospray: Melatonin and Essential Oils
C Zen Night Chronospray with sweeteners provides highly absorbable melatonin for rapid absorption through the oral mucosa. It also contains essential oils.
Its practical spray format allows it to be taken without water at bedtime or when waking up at night, as well as while traveling. One spray contains 0.5 mg of melatonin, and you can increase it to three sprays for enhanced action.
Starting with 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime helps you fall asleep. Jet lag can be alleviated with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of melatonin, to be taken before bed on the first day of travel and then for a few days after arrival at your destination.
