C zen Nuit chronospray: melatonin and essential oils

C zen night Chronospray with sweeteners provides melatonin highly assimilable for rapid absorption of the oral mucosa. It also contains essential oils.

Practical, its spray format allows a water-free grip at bedtime or during a night-time waking up, but also on the move. One spray contains 0.5 mg melatonin and you can mount up to 3 sprays for enhanced action.

From 1 mg melatonin before going to bed,sleeping is facilitated. Mitigation of the effects of time difference is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg melatonin, to be taken before going to bed on the first day of the journey and then over the following few days of arrival at destination.

Dosage of Chronospray Night

Maximum 3 sprays per day, at bedtime or at night when waking up at night.
