The Dermocoivre ointment is a medicine used to treat skin irritations including diaper rash.
It belongs to the pharmacotherapeutic group of skin protectors.
Per 100 g of ointment, Dermocupper contains 0.20 g of copper sulphate pentahydrate and 10.00 g of zinc oxide.
The other ingredients are liquid paraffin, petroleum jelly, wool fat and purified water.
Dosage of the ointment Dermocopper
This medicine is used by the skin. It should be applied locally 2 to 3 times a day.
Contraindications of baby dermocoivre ointment
If you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the ointment, infected lesions and oozing lesions, Dermocuivre is contraindicated.
Its application to the mucous membranes is avoided. The presence of lanolin may induce skin reactions such as eczema.
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you take other medicines or if you are not sure.
Dermocupper is to be used with caution in patients with pregnancy or breast-feeding. Your doctor should be asked to seek advice before taking any medicine.
This medicine should be stored out of sight and out of the reach of children. It must not be used after the expiry date which is stated on its packaging. This refers to the final day of this month. It must be stored at a temperature not exceeding 25oC and not be used if it shows visible signs of deterioration.

1. WHAT IS DERMOCUIVRE, ointment AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

This medication is recommended for the treatment of skin irritations.
2. WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE USING DERMOCUIVRE, ointment?
Never use DERMOCUIVRE, ointment:
· if you are allergic to copper sulfate, zinc oxide or any of the other ingredients of this medicine listed in section 6.
· on infected lesions.
· on oozing lesions.
Warnings and Precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before using DERMOCUIVRE ointment.
Avoid application to mucous membranes.
This medicine contains wool fat (Lanolin) and may cause local skin reactions (e.g. contact dermatitis).
Children

5. HOW TO STORE DERMOCUIVRE, ointment?
Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the outer packaging after EXP. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Store the tube in the outer packaging, away from light.
Do not use this medicine if you notice any visible signs of deterioration.
Do not dispose of any medicines via wastewater or household waste. Ask your pharmacist how to dispose of medicines you no longer use. These measures will help to protect the environment.
