The Ophtaxia wipes of the Bausch-Lomb laboratory are used for thehygiene and care of eyelids and eyelashes. They are recommended for peri-ocular hygiene and are suitable for people with Sensitive eyes. They are sterile and packed in individual sachets.
Why use Ophtaxia ophthalmic wipes?
These wipes are used for the treatment of blepharitis, dryness and eye allergy, but also during infection of the eye and eyelid during meibomania dysfunction during a chalazion or stalk, for example.
They allow gentle cleansing of impurities, crusts and secretions of the eye. These wipes also bring appeasement and comfort to the tired eyes. They are formulated with a physiological solution to respect the eyelids associated with plant extracts. In riding the eyelids and eyelashes of the secretions, these wipes reduce the risk of inflammation and blockage of the sebaceous glands.
The soothing properties of Ophtaxia eyewires
Formulated from Euphrasia and chamomile, these ophthalmic wipes borrow from these two plants their anti-inflammatory properties which relieve eye irritations. They also contribute to the decongestion of the peri-ocular zone and to its humectation, in conjunction with hyaluronic acid recognized for its viscosity and its capacity to stimulate hydration.

Instructions for use:
Recommendations
- After washing your hands, remove the wipe from the sachet,
- Apply the wipe to the area of the eyelid,
- Wipe gently to cleanse and remove ocular secretions and any other type of deposition (impurities, airborne particles, dust, etc.)
- In the event of particularly persistent secretions or obstruction of a tear duct, it is advisable to warm the closed bag for a few minutes in warm water (about 40 degrees C.), then to use the wipe as a hot compress by gently massaging the area,
- In case of ignition, however, it is advisable to cool the sachet in the refrigerator for a few hours, then apply the open wipe to the eye, holding it in place for a few minutes as a cold compress.
Recommendations
- The infertility of the product is only guaranteed if the sachet is intact,

- Its reuse can spread an infection,
- Store in a cool, dry place,
