Bausch + Lomb's Renu Advanced Multi-Purpose Lens Solution is suitable for the care and preservation of soft lenses. It cleans and disinfects, as well as rinses and preserves them, all in one product.
Lens care is essential, not only for wearing comfort, but also to prevent contamination. It is essential to remove deposits that form on the lens. These deposits are a major source of discomfort, eye irritation, and visual impairment, and are also breeding grounds for germs. These can cause infections. It is therefore essential to ensure that any deposits on the lens are thoroughly removed and disinfected.
Renu Advanced Multi-Purpose Lens Solution is formulated with Poloxamine 1107 and Poloxamer 181, which remove deposits. It also combines three disinfectants: alexidine, polyquarternium, and polyaminopropyl biguanide, to eliminate germs. Finally, Poloxamer 181 has the advantage of remaining on lenses for up to 20 hours, moistening them and keeping them comfortable for longer.
Because the concentration of disinfecting active ingredients is low, they won't bother the lens wearer.
