Use approximately 1. 5 ml of shampoo per kg of body weight (1. 5 mg of tetramethrin per kg corresponding to approximately 25 ml of shampoo for a 15 kg animal. Thoroughly moisten the animal with lukewarm water. Apply shampoo on the back and neck, taking care to avoid the eyes. Friction energetically by adding water if necessary to obtain an abundant foam to distribute on the body of the animal. Leave on for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Repeat the treatment twice a week if necessary. Avoid contact with the eyes or the tail of the animal. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use other insecticides from the pyrethroid family at the same time. Do not use in a sick or convalescent animal or with extensive skin lesions. To be used in pregnant or lactating animals only after evaluation of the benefit / risk ratio established by the veterinarian. Signs of intoxication: tremor, muscle weakness, hypersecretion, respiratory distress. In case of nervous disorders, wash with warm water and soap to remove the remains of the product. If problems persist, consult a veterinarian. Adverse effects observed in both species: lethargy, ataxia, tremors or convulsions, vomiting, diarrhea (associated or not with anorexia). Wash hands after use. Do not smoke, drink or eat while applying. Avoid contact with eyes, rinse with water carefully. If irritation persists, consult a doctor. Keep away from food and drinks including those for animals. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Tetramethrin may have a toxic effect on aquatic organisms. Do not allow dogs to bathe in streams in the days following the application of the product. Empty packagings or any remaining product must be disposed of in accordance with current practices governed by the Waste Regulations. Due to the toxicity of pyrethroids to fish, avoid any contamination of water pionts. Do not store above 25 ° C
