Directions for use
Pure: 1 tablespoon (15 ml), 2 times a day, preferably between meals.
Diluted: 2 tablespoons in 1 liter of water, to be drunk throughout the day.
Use in 28-day cycles, and repeat several times a year if necessary.
Do not exceed recommended dose.
Not to be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by children under 6.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are taking anticoagulants.
Not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
This product may have a cloudy appearance, which in no way detracts from its quality.
