Bion 3 Continue Energie 30 Tablets is a food supplement in the form of a three-layer tablet based on 3 Tri-Bion® ferments, vitamins and minerals. It contains:9 vitamins including vitamins B12 and C which contribute to a normal energy metabolism,2 minerals including iron which helps reduce fatigue, and ginseng,3 Tri-Bion® ferments which reach the intestinal flora, thanks to a coating protecting against gastric acidity. It allows a prolonged release of vitamins from the first intake and continuously for 6 hours.

Directions:
Reserved for adults. Take 1 tablet per day, to be swallowed with a glass of water. It is recommended a duration of use of 30 to 60 days, several times a year. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Presence of ginseng: possible interaction in case of hypertension or treatment with anti-vitamin K. Do not use in case of intolerance or allergy to any of the ingredients. In rare cases, this product may cause allergic reactions and mild gastrointestinal disturbances.
