- Prepare baby's usual milk (breast or follow-on) at cold or lukewarm temperature just before the meal. Remember to always wash your hands and the work surface before starting to prepare a bottle.
- Add the recommended amount of cereal per day. Do not add salt, close the bag with the self-adhesive tab.
- Shake the bottle by rolling it between your hands then shaking vertically until the cereal is completely dissolved.
- Check the temperature of the preparation on the inside of the wrist.
