Directions:
For large eyes, draw a pencil line on the lower mucous membrane to make the eye smaller. For small eyes, draw a line on the lower lash line to enlarge the look. It is possible to powder the pencil with eye shadow of a similar colour with a bevelled brush. This will allow you to fix the pencil all day long.
