Anacardium oriental granules is a homeopathic medicine from the Boiron laboratory.
It is available in different dilutions which are hundredth dilutions, CH meaning Centesimal Hahnemannian.
This medication comes in the form of granules contained in a tube.
Composition of Anacardium oriental granules
The strain of this homeopathic medicine is Anacardium Orientale. This is Semecarpus anacardium, a tree belonging to the Anacardiaceae family, which produces the marking nut (a water-insoluble black ink is extracted from the fruit and is used by launderers who mark laundry with it).
Anacardium oriental granules is also formulated with lactose and sucrose.
Dosage of Anacardium oriental granules
These granules should be allowed to melt under the tongue in adults and children over 6 years old. For children under 6 years old, they should be dissolved in a small quantity of water.
To obtain the granules, the tube must be inverted so as to position the cap downwards. This will then be turned following the arrows written on its end. Finally, the tube will be removed leaving the cap straight.
Prior medical advice is recommended in order to verify the indications and dosage.
Precautions for use of Anacardium Orientale in granules
If symptoms persist, a doctor should be consulted.
Lactose and sucrose are two excipients with a notorious effect.
This medication is contraindicated in cases of intolerance to certain sugars.
