Mountain Arnica is a plant which, as its name suggests, lives in mountainous areas, mainly in Europe, then the peaks of the Urals to the Pyrenees and from the southern Alps to the Scandinavian rocky peaks. It is renowned for its soothing benefits after traumatic shock or body aches.
This medicine is also composed of two excipients, lactose and sucrose.
Homeopathy is an alternative medicine developed at the very beginning of the 19th century which adopts a particular postulate which claims that the best way to treat a patient is to help them defend themselves naturally. It thus searches in nature for plant, mineral, animal and chemical strains, whose toxic effects are similar to the symptoms of a pathology. However, to do this, it is imperative that the strain be diluted before administration in order to avoid any toxicity. Usually homeopathy uses two types of dilutions, one to the tenth and another to the hundredth.
