Composition of Asa foetida granules

Asa foetida granules comes from a plant strain obtained from asa foetida, a perennial herbaceous plant native to Iran and which gradually spread throughout Asia, at least in its temperate regions. It is characterized by its strong smell of sulfur which also gives it its description of fetid. Its therapeutic use dates back to the Roman Empire and would even have some echoes even further back, to the Sumerian era in Mesopotamia.

This Asa foetida medication, faithful to the principle specific to homeopathy, has undergone numerous dilutions in order to attenuate its toxic effects and retain only the imprint of the effects, memorized by water. In fact, the mother tincture, that is to say the first macerate of the strain, was mixed successively with purified water at the rate of one drop of solution for 99 drops of solvent.

You will also find these different dilutions to the hundredth (CH) which adapt to the symptoms, pathology and physiology of the patient.

Dosage of Asa foetida in granules
