Cartilago granules is available in several hundredth dilutions. These are given in CH, which stands for Hahnemannian Centesimals.
Dosage of Cartilago 4CH granules
The mode of administration of these granules is orally.
Before 6 years, they must be dissolved in a small amount of water.
After 6 years as well as in adults, these granules should be allowed to melt under the tongue.
Obtaining the granules is done by inverting the tube, cap down, then rotating it. The tube is removed and the granules are present in the cap.
