The active substance of this homeopathic medicine is Castor equi mother tincture: 0.80 g for a 20 g tube.
The other component is petroleum jelly.
Castor equi is an ovoid callus that can be found on the inner part of the horse's leg. It is actually a rudimentary thumbnail. It is a natural growth that is now useless, which is a vestige of the finger of a distant ancestor of the horse. This finger has now disappeared, but the nail on this finger is still growing. This growth is also called “Chestnut”.
How to use Castor equi Boiron ointment?
Castor equi Boiron ointment is used locally after carefully cleaning the area. This ointment can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
You must follow your doctor's instructions.
Before each breastfeeding session, it is necessary to clean your breast to remove any residue. You can place a compress soaked in lukewarm water on your nipple before feeding.
If there is no improvement after 7 days, consult your doctor.
