Composition of Chelidonium majus granules

Chelidonium majus granules are composed of the homeopathic strain Chelidonium majus.

This is the Greater Celandine, also called Great Eclaire. It is also nicknamed Wart Herb, a plant used in traditional Chinese medicine as well as in Western herbal medicine.

These granules are also composed of two excipients, sucrose and lactose.

Chelidonium majus homeopathic medicine is available in several dilutions. The CH designate Hahnemann Centesimals, dilutions to the hundredth commonly used in homeopathy, and so named in reference to Samuel Hahnemann.

Dosage of Chelidonium majus granules in homeopathy

The oral route is the method of administration of this medication. The granules should be allowed to melt under the tongue. In children under 6 years old, they will need to be dissolved in a small quantity of water.
To remove the granules from the tube, it is necessary to invert the latter so as to have the cap facing down, then turn and remove it while holding the cap in place. The granules will then be present in the latter.
