Cina granules is a homeopathic medicine from the Boiron laboratory.

Cina homeopathic granules are made from the strain of a plant from the Asteraceae family, Artemisia cina.
The latter mainly occupies the steppes of Russia and Mongolia, but is also found in several countries of Eastern Europe. It is recognizable by its long stems dotted with numerous small flowers and owes its medicinal reputation to its main active ingredient, santonin.
Homeopathy uses it in the form of a macerate of the strain mixed with alcohol to make a mother tincture which subsequently undergoes a succession of dilutions using purified water as a solvent. Made to the hundredth, these dilutions are made according to an immutable process, 1 drop of solution mixed with 99 drops of solvent. The foundation of homeopathy is based on the theory of the body's memory and its ability to activate its defense mechanisms against a pathology when it is stimulated by an infinitesimal dose of substance with similar effects.
Dosage of Cina granules in homeopathy
The therapeutic scope of each homeopathic medicine being very broad, the dosage of Cina in granules from Boiron laboratories requires prior medical advice in order to determine the most appropriate dilution depending on the pathology and physiology of the patient.
Cina de Boiron granules must be taken orally: let melt under the tongue for children over 6 years old and dilute in a small glass of water for children under 6 years old.
