Convameo granules combines 4 homeopathic strains:

Arnica montana 15 CH: mountain arnica is a herbaceous plant, from the Asteraceae family, which grows mainly at altitude. It is traditionally used in herbal medicine for its properties.
China rubra 9 CH: red cinchona is a shrub which belongs to the Rubiaceae family. It is found mainly in South and Central America where it is traditionally used for its richness in quinine, a natural antimalarial.
Kalium phosphoricum 15 CH is a strain derived from dipotassium phosphate.
Sulfur iodatum 9 CH is a strain derived from iodine sulfide.

Convameo homeopathic granules also contain lactose and sucrose (excipients with a notorious effect).

Dosage and administration of Convameo Boiron granules
Convameo granules Boiron is reserved for adults and children over 12 years old.
This Boiron homeopathic medicine should be taken orally only.
It is recommended to let 5 granules melt under the tongue twice a day.
It is recommended to space out doses as soon as symptoms improve and to stop taking them as soon as they disappear.
If after 2 weeks of treatment symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor.
The treatment should not exceed 1 month.
Precautions for use of Convameo granules Boiron
This medicine should not be given to children aged 12 and under 12.
