The strain of this homeopathic medicine is Eugenia jambolana. It is a strain of plant origin from the jamelon tree (Syzygium cumini).
This tree, also called "ham", "Java plum" or "Damascus plum", is native to southern Asia. It belongs to the Myrtaceae family and can measure up to 30 meters. It produces fruits that look like oblong, edible black berries. Its wood is also exploited for its quality, and its leaves and seeds are used in the preparation of remedies in traditional Chinese or Ayurvedic medicine.
This medication also contains two excipients with notable effects: sucrose and lactose.
Method of administration of Eugenia jambolana 4 CH Boiron granules
This homeopathic medicine comes in the form of a tube of homeopathic granules.
The dosage will depend on the recommendations of the healthcare professional.
For adults and children over 6 years old, this medication should be taken sublingually. Simply place the recommended number of granules under the tongue and let them melt there slowly, without chewing them.
For children under 6 years old, the granules to be taken must first be dissolved in a small glass of water.
