Eupatorium perfoliatum granules is a homeopathic medicine formulated from the Eupatorium perfoliatum strain.
This strain is obtained from the aerial parts of the perfoliate eupatory, a perennial plant native mainly to North America.
The perfoliated eupatory is very widely included in the traditional medicine of many Amerindian tribes who have in turn given it various names, including perfect herb, marsh oregano, water hemp or even fever herb.
Homeopathy is also interested in extracting substances in line with its philosophy.

Founded in the 19th century by the German physician Samuel Hahnemann, this discipline is based on a simple principle, namely that the flora, fauna, minerals and chemical substances present in nature possess toxins capable of educating, in a certain way, the body's immune system in its defense process against pathogens with similar effects.
