Histaminum granules comes in the form of a tube of homeopathic granules.
To easily take your granules: before opening the tube, turn it over and turn the cap to lower the number of granules to take.
Place the granules under your tongue and let them melt slowly, without chewing them.
For children under 6 years old, you must take care to dissolve the granules beforehand, in a small glass of water.
