Boiron inner ear granules is a homeopathic medicine from the Boiron laboratory.
Composition of Inner ear granules
Boiron inner ear granules contain a strain called Inner Ear and two excipients: lactose and sucrose.

The inner ear includes the cochlea and the vestibular system which are respectively the organ of hearing and the organ of balance. The cochlea converts sounds into electrical signals and transmits them to the brain. The vestibular system allows the detection of movements as well as the sensation of gravity.

When making these homeopathic granules, the strain was used to obtain a mother tincture. This was then diluted to the hundredth several times. These dilutions, fundamental in homeopathy, are called Hahnemann Centesimals. These are the CH. This name refers to the founding father of homeopathy, Samuel Hahnemann. This diluted mother tincture was then used to impregnate the granules constituting the medicine.
Dosage of Boiron Inner Ear granules
Boiron Inner Ear granules are to be taken orally.

In adults and children over 6 years old, they should be allowed to melt under the tongue.
To administer them to a child under 6 years old, they will need to be dissolved in a small quantity of water.

Precautions for use of homeopathic granules Inner ear
These granules contain sucrose and lactose, which are excipients with a notorious effect.
