Composition of Petroleum granules

Petroleum granules comes from a strain of mineral origin, Petroleum, petroleum.
Petroleum is a mineral oil of natural origin, resulting from the remains of organisms decomposed over several million years. Oil has been used for centuries, in industry, but also in pharmacy and medicine.

During the manufacture of a homeopathic medicine, a strain is either macerated or crushed depending on its nature. The result of this process is then diluted several times. When dilutions to the hundredth are carried out, we speak of Hahnemannian centesimals. These are the “CH”. They are so called in reference to Samuel Hahnemann, the founding doctor of homeopathy.

The granules contain the strain at different dilutions as well as two excipients, sucrose and lactose.

Dosage of Petroleum homeopathic granules

The method of administration of this medication is orally.
The Petroleum granules should be left under the tongue to melt slowly.
Caution: this dosage should be adapted for administration to a child under 6 years old. In this case, the granules must be dissolved in a little water before administering them to the child.
