They are called Hahnemannian Centesimals (CH). Their name refers to Samuel Hahnemann, the doctor considered the founder of homeopathy.

This homeopathic medicine is taken orally. The globules of the dose should be placed under the tongue and allowed to melt slowly.
In children under 6 years old, they should be dissolved in a small quantity of water and taken with a teaspoon.
