Composition of Teucrium marum 5CH granules
The Teucrium marum granules were prepared from a plant strain, Teucrium marum, derived from an extract of maritime germander.
Maritime germander is a plant sometimes confused with thyme for its shrub-like appearance; it is found mainly on the western edges of the Mediterranean Sea. This plant is particularly known for being part of catnip, a type of plant that has the gift of excite and euphorize cats when they lick them. The molecule which acts in this way and which is found in maritime germander is dolicholactone.
In addition to the homeopathic strain derived from maritime germander, Teucrium homeopathic granules are composed of lactose and sucrose which form each globule. After grinding, the plant was macerated in a specific solution in order to separate the active ingredients and precipitate them in a mother tincture. This constitutes the basis of the final dilutions, all obtained by mixing the solution with purified water, at a rate of one drop per 100.

Like any homeopathic medicine, these granules cover a more or less broad spectrum of symptoms and therefore require prior medical advice in order to judge its exact dosage. The granules are taken orally, sublingually.
