Veratrum album dose is a homeopathic medicine from the Boiron laboratory. It is made up of globules. These, approximately 200 in number, are packaged in a Boiron single-dose tube. To form these globules, a mother tincture was developed from a Boiron homeopathic strain. This one here is Veratrum album, scientific name for White Veratrum, or White Hellebore. It is a toxic rhizomatous plant, which contains alkaloids. In the 1940s and 1950s, studies were carried out to determine whether this plant could be used in the treatment of certain hypertensions. The plant is brought into contact with a solvent, which makes it possible to obtain a mother tincture. This then undergoes several dilutions. Hundredth dilutions are called Hahnemannian Centesimals, in reference to Samuel Hahnemann, founder of homeopathy.
The other constituents of the globules are excipients: sucrose and lactose.
Dosage of Veratrum album 30CH dose
This medication is taken orally. The globules which constitute it are to be placed under the tongue, where they must melt. As it is a single dose, the entire dose must be taken at once. In children under 6 years old, the globules will need to be dissolved in a little water. If your dosage requires taking this same strain in a tube of granules, take Veratrum album in granules.
