Directions:
Adults: 2 tablets twice a day, ideally at the end of a meal. Teenagers from 11 years old: 1 tablet twice a day, ideally at the end of a meal. Magnesium 300+ is a food supplement. It cannot replace a varied and balanced diet, nor a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in severe renal impairment. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children.
