Product Information

Cocculin is a homeopathic medicine traditionally used for motion sickness and nausea and vomiting without fever.
It is composed of Cocculus indicus 4CH, Tabacum 4CH, Nux vomica 4CH, Petroleum 4CH. The excipients are Lactose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.
It comes in a box of 40 tablets.

Dosage of Cocculin motion sickness
Cocculine is reserved for adults and children over 18 months.
In adults and children over 6 years old, Cocculin is administered sublingually.
Please note, in children aged 18 months to 6 years, due to the risk of aspiration, the tablet must be dissolved in a little water before taking orally (no use of the sublingual route).

Concerning the dosage of Cocculin for motion sickness,

In adults, it is 2 tablets to suck 3 times a day the day before and the day of travel. In the event of symptoms, you must suck 2 tablets as soon as they appear, repeating if necessary.
For children the day before and the day of travel, it is 1 tablet to suck 3 times a day. In case of symptoms: 1 tablet to suck as soon as symptoms appear, repeat if necessary.

Regarding the dosage of Cocculin for nausea and vomiting without fever, do not exceed 6 tablets per day. As soon as symptoms appear, take 1 tablet to suck with each nausea and/or vomiting. Space out the doses according to the improvement and no longer take Cocculin as soon as the symptoms disappear.
The duration of treatment without medical advice should not exceed 48 hours.

In the event of nausea and vomiting without fever in children aged 18 months to 6 years, medical advice must be sought (nausea and vomiting at this age can have various origins for which a medical consultation is necessary).
Precautions for use of Cocculin seasickness
In patients with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose or galactose malabsorption syndrome, the use of Cocculin is not recommended.
Cocculin should be taken away from meals.
