Pregnancy Complex is a synergy of essential nutrients specially selected for the pregnant woman and the normal development of the baby .
Folic acid supplementation increases maternal folate status. Low folate status in the mother increases the risk of neural tube defects in the developing fetus. The beneficial effect is obtained by daily consumption of 400 µg of folic acid, at least one month before conception and up to three months after conception.
The consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother contributes to the normal development of the brain of the fetus and the breastfed child. The beneficial effect is obtained by daily consumption of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the daily consumption of omega-3 fatty acids recommended for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Dosage of Nat et Form Complex pregnancy capsules: 1 capsule per day, in the middle of a meal, throughout pregnancy. Swallow with a large glass of water.
